Founded in 2004.  BEM has been honest, reliable, and enthusiastically on the cutting edge of the industry’s technology to better serve you and your family. We will go the extra mile to save our customers time, money, and heartache by providing repairs, replacements, or installations that bring long-term value. We have installed central air conditioning in many homes where the homeowners were told it would not be possible by other contractors. Custom designs are our specialty. We collaborate with contractors, architects, and homeowners to create a high-quality integrated HVAC design. 

How We Provide Value for our Customers

All new installations are designed in house and each project is accompanied by an official load calculation for proper equipment sizing.  We take the extra time to plan out a proper design to fit your home and needs. As a PSEG participating contractor we provide the necessary calculations to fulfill all application requirements to qualify your home for rebates.
